After the COVID-19 disruption, the Toco Secondary School has announced the new date of its 2020 Raffle Fundraiser. Set to be drawn on September, 30th 2020, the fundraiser is “geared towards subsidizing the co-curricular and social activities of the school’s curriculum.” There will be at least 12 prizes in addition to five seller’s prizes. Prizes include a flat-screen TV, a laptop, smartphone, hampers, and more.
Toco Secondary School has been fraught with difficulty in the past few years with the physical structure of the 43-year-old community secondary school currently uninhabitable. More information about participating in the raffle can be found on the school’s Facebook page.
